Excerpts from Moto's Pen Pal Diary

Date: 4/05/06

Today was my first full day with Moto, and it's apparent that there's a lot of work to be done with him. Although, I will say that he is already coming out of his shell and behind that cute little mask is a great loyal dog waiting to emerge. He's already won my heart.

Date: 4/06/06

Moto is making progress across the board. He's starting to connect and listen not just out of fear. He did pretty well with exercises and class.

Date: 4/15/06

Progress! This little guy has the sweetest disposition and is very smart. He's very receptive to love and he's getting plenty of it from me. We worked on loose leash walking and sit this week. All in all it was a good week and I'm starting to see what more we need to work on.

Date: 04/22/06

This week we worked really hard on touch, sit, down and leash walking. He's coming along fine although he's very senstitive to crowded or noisy places or situations.

Date: 05/08/06

This week it seems like Moto's shell has finally cracked and I wish so badly that he goes to a good home that will understand him. He's finally learned to sit on command, down and stay. He is so smart and will make and excellent companion for a family. I love him and I will miss him.
